IS IT CAYLEE ANTHONY?    CONTINUING COVERAGE RIGHT HERE!

Orange County sheriff's officials said Saturday the evidence is mounting that the skeletal remains of a small child found Thursday may belong to Caylee Anthony.Investigators are out Sunday for the fourth day of searching a wooded area near the Anthony home where the remains were first found, hoping to discover more clues to determine if they are the missing 3-year-old.Michelle Bart, spokeswoman for Caylee's grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, said the family is suspicious of the circumstances leading to the findings."It's been searched dry, it's been searched wet, it's been searched in between. It's been searched over by Tim Miller [of Texas EquuSearch] twice, who we hold in high regards with his professional organization," Bart told News 13.The FBI is looking at DNA from the remains, but the Orange County medical examiner said it could be a week before conclusive results are released.Sheriff Kevin Beary told the defense team for Casey Anthony, the missing girl's mother who has been charged with her murder, the size of the bones and hair color of the remains match Caylee.

Gunshots fly in home invasion, 3 people face charges
UPDATED An armed home invasion and robbery in Deltona, a gunfight and a wrecked car early this morning ended with 3 people facing charges and sheriff's deputies still untangling what happened.

Two officers from different police departments were involved in crashes within hours of each other late Friday into Saturday, authorities said.

A South Daytona police officer and a prisoner in his patrol car were injured in an accident at International Speedway and LPGA boulevards in Daytona Beach at 10:13 p.m. Friday, Florida Highway Patrol Sgt. Kim Miller said Saturday.

Both were taken to Halifax Health Medical Center but their identities and further details on the crash were not available.

The second crash occurred during a chase north on U.S. 1 in Ormond Beach. Police spokesman Sgt. Kenny Hayes said Sonja S. Schmidt, 38, of Ormond Beach drove more than 100 mph and twice slammed on the brakes, the second time causing Officer Keith Walker to crash into her Volkswagen Jetta.

She spun out from the impact near the Interstate 95 ramp but then continued to flee south on U.S. 1, Hayes said. Stop sticks were deployed, finally ending the chase at 1:22 a.m. Saturday at Old Kings Road and 15th Street.

Schmidt was charged with felony aggravated fleeing and eluding and aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer. She remained Saturday night on $5,250 bail at the Volusia County Branch Jail
